Now that our profile has been completed, the next step is turning on your automated campaigns.
Where to find automated campaigns
Automated campaigns can be found with the Reach submenu. Reach is the Tabrasa One marketing component.

Understanding the Campaign Choices
The campaign cards provide the information for you to make good choices for selecting which campaigns to choose to meet your marketing needs. For the calendar details of specific pieces, click the "here" hyperlink in the description of campaigns at the top of the screen.
Frequency
The frequency tells you how often the campaign runs. Mortgage Market Guide Weekly runs weekly. To see which day it runs, click the "here" link at the top of the screen and you will see it runs every Friday.

Audience
The default and recommended audience is highlighted within the green oval on the campaign card. For example, Mortgage Market Guide Weekly is sent to Realtors by default.
You do have the option to send any campaign to custom lists and override the default campaign. To do this follow these steps:
Navigate to Core, then Lists. Create your custom list. You may need to create multiple lists if you are planning to send to multiple contact types such as Contacts and Partners.
Once your custom lists are created, you will see a "list" icon next to the disable button. This will only appear if custom lists are present.
Clicking this icon will display all of your custom lists that have been created.
Here you can select one or more lists. This will OVERRIDE the existing list and will only send to the newly attached lists. For example, if I was attaching custom lists for Mortgage Market Guide Weekly and wanted to send it to both Title Agents and Realtors, I would need a custom list for both Title Agents and Realtors.
Sending a Sample Email
To send a sample email of the most recent piece, click the envelope on the page. This will send an email to your marketing email address.
Previewing Campaign Content
The most recently sent campaign content can be viewed by clicking the preview icon on the campaigns card. Content for all campaigns can also be viewed in the Reach Content Library under the Tabrasa tab. If the campaign is enabled, the piece will automatically be sent on the scheduled day from the calendar.
Sharing on Social Media
Campaign pieces can be shared from the Content Library or directly from the campaign card by clicking the share icon. Your piece will post to the respective social media account that you are logged into. If you are not logged into any social media account, you will be requested to log in.
Turning on your campaigns
Activate your selected campaigns effortlessly by clicking the blue 'Enable' button on the campaign card. With the help of the audiences and the calendar outlined above, you can confidently choose the campaigns that best align with your goals.
To ensure optimal results, we recommend selecting campaigns strategically rather than enabling all at once. This helps maintain a balanced approach, avoiding over-communication that could lead to opt-outs or email delivery issues.
Turning on your automated campaigns is a smart way to stay top of mind with prospective buyers and partners while streamlining your outreach efforts.
