Access the Bulk Data Uploads from the left menu.
Preparing your Data
Data uploads are separated out into three unique types; Partners, Past Clients, Contacts & Leads. Your partners should be uploaded first so that you can connect the partner to the contact with their email address.
Download the template for each contact type to see what the possible fields for upload are. Each type has it's own set of required fields.

Once your data has the required fields and is separated out into separate sheets for each contact type, you are ready to upload your data.
Uploading your Data - Step One
Click the "Upload File" button on the contact type you are uploading.
Drag your file, csv or xls (single sheet, not a workbook file), into the upload area, OR click the upload button and choose your file to upload.
Once the file is uploaded, you will be brought to the mapping page
Mapping your Data - Step Two
Here you will map your fields to the Tabrasa One fields. Tabrasa's uploader AI tool will match your fields as best as possible.
For each field, hover over the matched field to be sure it is the correct field and make any corrections.
The window on the left side will display a preview of the data in your file to help you make the correct match.
Note for contact/closed loan uploads: The referral partner email address which will link the contact record to your uploaded partner needs to be an email address.
Aligning Standardized Data - Step Three
Certain fields require standardization so that searches and filters can correctly display the information.
For example, your file may contain the field "Property Use".
Your data displays "primaryresidence". Tabrasa's standardized option for this is "Primary Residence". This page will allow you to map your specific data in these fields into the standardized data. There are only a few of these fields and it ensures good data for searching and data mining.
Cleaning and Submiting your Data - Step Four
Tabrasa's uploader now has the ability to clean your data for you! It's simple and straightforward.
When your data has been mapped and you are ready to upload, your data will display in a grid with invalid data displaying in red and highlighted in pink. Now it's time for the magic!
Some of the common errors you may see are the following:
spaces in the beginning or end of the email or another field
dollar amounts with dollar signs, commas or decimal places
fields with %
rates with more than 3 decimal places
Click into one of the invalid fields and determine what the error is. Once you determine what needs to be fixed:
Click the Transform icon.
In the dialogue box that displays type in what needs to be fixed. For example, "Clean whitespace from email address", "remove the decimal places, commas and dollar signs from the loan amount field".
The results of your request will now display in green in your grid view.
If you are happy with these changes, click the "Transform Data" button and the results will be implemented and your data will be corrected. You will receive a message when the Transform has been completed.
Do this for each field with errors.
Once you are happy with your data, click the submit data button.
You will presented with a success message when the data file has been accepted and begins to be uploaded into your database. It may take a few minutes for the data to appear in your database while the file is uploaded.
Congratulations, you've now successfully uploaded your data!
Note: An "&" will break your data upload process and not display as an error. Best practices are to Transform your data with the request, "Remove all & from the file and replace with a +". This will ensure your file does not have any bad data.
