Regardless of phone type or brand, follow the below steps to get notifications working for you:
Make sure you've logged into Tabrasa One at least once and you know your password. If you don't know your password:
Go to https://tabrasa.io and click the black button in the upper right of the webpage that reads New T1 Login.
On this login screen, Click the forgot password link. Your username is your email address.
Log into the web app (desktop) successfully at least once to be sure your credentials are good.
On your phone, go to the App store and download and install the Tabrasa One mobile app.
Login with the same credentials you used to log into the web app (desktop)
At the popup for "Allow Notifications" - please choose Allow.
if you have an iphone, please got to your phone's settings, then notifications, find the Tabrasa One app. Change the banner style to persistent.
You are set! You should now begin to receive the notifications. To manage which notifications you receive, please go to the desktop version of MMG, click Profile, then MMG preferences.
