Having your marketing materials cobranded can be a valuable way to foster relationships with both your partners and your contacts.
The first step to effective cobranding is to ensure you have entered your partner’s information on the partner details screen, and uploaded a photo and logo for them:
And then click Enable Co-Branding + in the top right of the Co-Branding tab. This will open a popup giving you some information about cobranding. Click Enable Co-Branding again to finish setting up this partner for cobranding.
The example partner above can now appear cobranded in marketing materials, which might look something like this:
The next step is to ensure you have this partner assigned as the Referral Partner for some of your contacts and opportunities. This can be done one at a time via the Contact Details screen as here:
or for opportunities by clicking Select next to Referred By here:
You can also assign Referral Partners in bulk via the Bulk Data Uploads feature by uploading your contacts and opportunities along with the email address of a Referral Partner for a partner you have already created in T1.
That’s it! Now any marketing you send to contacts will automatically include cobranding on behalf of referral partners for which you have enabled cobranding!
You can see a list of your partners with whom you are cobranding by going to the Co-Branded Marketing screen and selecting the Co-Branding Enabled tab:
From here you can also disable co-branding with a partner if you wish.
The Co-Branding Not Yet Enabled tab lists your partners for whom you have not yet enabled co-branding. Clicking their name will take you directly to that partner’s Co-Branding tab so you can upload photo and logo if needed, or click Enable Co-Branding.
