Easily drop and drag images into your email to create beautiful marketing pieces that capture your reader's attention. Images are a great way to increase interest to your emails and professionally convey your message.
Begin by creating a new template or editing an existing template.
Step 1: Navigate to Reach> Create
Step 2: Choose Blank Template or click Create to edit an existing template
Step 3: Grab the image block from the right contact panel and drag it onto the canvas.
Step 4: Click the image placeholder on the canvas to reveal the image details panel.
Step 5: From the image details panel on the right, click either the green Generate Images
button which will display a variety of images you can search and choose from, or
upload your own image by clicking the blue upload image
Step 6: When choosing to upload your own image, your computer's file folders will open.
Navigate to where your image is located and double click on the filename, or click
once and select the open button in the lower right of the screen.
Step 7: If you'd like to link your image to a specific website or open to send you an email,
scroll down to the Action section of the image details panel. Here you can specify
the URL for the option Open Website or an Email for the option Send Email. There
is also an option for Call Phone Number which will open a users phone app if
viewed on a mobile device.
Step 8: If your image is too small for the space, or if you'd like to make it smaller, you can
choose to turn off Auto Width under the Image section of the image details panel.
If you are not using 100% and you'd like to center the image use the Align
settings below Auto Width. In addition, it is always a good idea to put in some
Alternate Text which will display for screen readers and if an image does not
display for some reason.
Step 9: Click outside of your image to reveal your content "row" and click the "+" button
to add additional content above or below your image. Don't forget to add a
footer block from the far right menu.
