The Content Library is the ideal place to store all your custom content, share your messaging with team members and access all Tabrasa pre-made material. The Content Library is separated into three tabs: All content, Tabrasa Content, and My Content. My Content houses all marketing you and your team have created with Tabrasa Create.
From the Content Library, you have the ability to preview content, post on social media, send a piece to yourself, or email content to your contacts and partners.
Finding Content in the Library
Finding Content in the Library
As previously mentioned, content is housed under three tabs. Where to start depends on whether you are looking for any content related to a particular subject, or if you want to narrow the search to only Tabrasa materials or your own custom content.
Each content tab has 2 search functions:
Search by title or description
When creating your piece, keep in mind how you identify content. You will be able to search by Title and Description, so be sure to include keywords that will allow you to identify what content category you are looking for. For example, you may want to include "Lunch & Learn" or "FHA" in your title or description to easily locate all pieces pertaining to the subject.
Sort by last modified, date created or title
This allows you to sort the content in your view by ascending order. For example, if you sort by modified date, the most recent content pieces will be displayed first. If you sort by title, it will alphabetize your content from A to Z.
Sharing Content on Social Media
Sharing Content on Social Media
Each piece of content, including your own custom pieces, will display a share icon giving you the opportunity to post to Facebook, LinkedIn or X (formerly twitter). When creating your own custom piece, be sure to include a thumbnail. The thumbnail will be what displays on your social media post.
When posting on social media, you will be given the opportunity to share as a post. This means you can add your own comments to the post that will display in your social media channel.
Emailing Content
Emailing Content
The email icon allows you to perform a multitude of actions. From this icon you can:
Edit the piece
Preview the piece
Send it to yourself
Delete the piece
Share it on social media
Email the piece
When emailing content, select the type of recipient to send your content to:
Contacts, Partners or Segments.
Choosing the Contact recipient
You can search for specific contacts using the search box, or filter recipients by source. Use Contact recipients if you are sending to specific contacts.
Choosing Partner Recipients
As with Contacts, you can search for specific contacts by first name, last name, email address or phone. In addition, there are filters for company name and type.
Choosing recipients by Segments
Segments are what we call dynamic lists. They aren't lists, they are criteria. When you select one of these "segments" you're selecting the criteria to use to gather those who meet that criteria at the time of send. So, when it's gathering all your partners to send, it is saying "ok, give me everyone who is a partner" and send this email to them. This is the most effective way of sending to all contacts within your database.
Segments can be broken down as:
The real power of these segments will be seen when we start implementing our custom campaigns and additional search criteria. You may want to send a campaign only to Leads purchasing a home, or Leads from a particular source. If you check off purchase leads, or use your custom list, you won't have to keep adding to a list, at the time your piece is going out, whether it is one or more pieces, before each piece is sent, it will check to see who still meets that criteria and will send the piece or the next piece.
Copying Content
Copying Content
The last icon on the content in the Content Library is the copy icon. This allows you to copy a piece, then edit it. This is especially useful when you've designed a piece that you would like to re-purpose, maybe keeping the same layout but changing images and wording. Copying the piece allows you to tailor the new piece for your specific messaging.
