Cobranding: Co-Branding with Partners

Co-branding with Partners can be an ideal way to keep both you and your Partner top of mind.

What does it mean to Co-Brand with a Partner?

It means that any Contact, Lead/Opportunity, or Past Client which has a Partner as the referred by, will have Co-Branded marketing sent to the Contact if the Partner is set to
Co-Branded.​

For Closed Loans and Opportunities, be sure to add the Partner as a referred by on the Opportunity record for marketing to go out cobranded.

What marketing goes out co-branded?

The marketing that is sent co-branded includes:

  • Mortgage Market Guide Monthly

  • Lead Purchase and Refinance Campaigns

  • Happy Birthday

  • Annual Check-in

  • Holiday Cards

  • Seasonal Cards

  • Homes & Money

  • YOU Magazine

  • Quick Tips

How to activate Co-Branding with a Partner

  1. Add your Partners to Tabrasa One.

  2. Add your Contacts, Leads/Opportunities, Closed Loans with the Partner you want to Co-Brand with as the Referred By on the Contact when uploading them or entering them.

  3. Navigate to Co-Branding on the left navigation menu.


  4. Select the Co-Branding Not Yet Enabled tab


  5. Search for the Partner to Co-Brand with; You can use a Search for name, email or phone, or the drop down for Partner Type


  6. Click on the Partner's name


  7. Upload your Partner's photo and logo


  8. Click the blue button in the upper right labeled Enable Co-Branding


  9. Click Enable Co-Branding
