Multi-User Clients: Managing Users in Tabrasa One

This guide will walk you through adding, editing, and removing users in Tabrasa One. Follow the steps below to get started!

Adding a New User

  1. Go to Organization Settings: From the left-hand menu, click on "Organization Settings."

  2. Access the Users Section: Click on the "Users" card to view the user management page.

  3. Add a User:

    • Click the blue Add button in the upper-right corner.

    • Enter the user’s full name and email address.

    • If you don’t have a phone number, enter 999-999-9999 in the phone field.

    • Click Save.

  4. Next Steps: The new user will receive a welcome email with instructions to get started.


Managing Existing Users

The Action icons provide all the tools needed to manage your users.

Removing a User

  • Locate the user in the list.

  • Click the trashcan icon on the same row as their name to remove them from the system.

Editing a User

  • Find the user you’d like to update.

  • Click the pencil icon on their row to edit their details (e.g., name, email, etc.).

  • Save your changes when finished.

Impersonating a User

  • To act on behalf of a user (e.g., troubleshoot their account), click the people icon on their row.

  • This will allow you to access their view of the system.

Uploading Files for a User

  • Important: Do not impersonate the user for this task.

  • Locate the user in the list and click the upload icon on their row.

  • Follow the prompts to upload files. The user’s name will appear at the top of the page to confirm the action is tied to their account.


Downloading Users for your Billing Team

  • Currently active users can be dowloaded from the Mangage Users screen by clicking the Export Users button in the upper right of the page.
