🔹 Can I customize the pipeline stages?
No. There are four fixed stages: Lead, In Process, Closed, and Adverse. These cannot be renamed or removed.
🔹 How do I move an opportunity to a different stage?
Click into the opportunity, then click the Change Stage button to select a new one.
🔹 Can I drag opportunities between stages?
No. Opportunities can only be moved by editing their stage inside the record.
